 潘凤华
护理部主任，中华护理学会天津分会会员。毕业于天津医学院，在二级甲等医院工作近二十年，任职医院护理部主任多年。擅长对各科常见病及急、危重症病人的抢救护理，尤其善于护理管理及医院感染管理工作。在国家级杂志上发表专业论文十余篇。她所撰写的《专科医院护理管理新模式》荣获2006华东地区科技管理进步三等奖。
Pan, Fenghua, Expert, the member of Tianjin branch of CNA (Chinese Nursing Association), graduated from Tianjin Medical College, used to work at Grade II first class hospital nearly 20 years. Fensuzhen , study in department of pharmacy in zhejiang Chinese traditional medical university. She, engaged in pharmacy over 20 years with abundant clinical experience, has used to be the director of pharmacy department in the first-class second grade hospital for eight years. 泌尿外科专家，中国工程院院士。曾任台北荣民总医院外科部主任、台湾阳明大学医学院院长、校长、台湾泌尿科医学会理事长、国际外科学会副主席。现任台湾明阳大学泌尿外科教授、台湾振兴医院院长。发明经尿道前列腺切除手术计算器监控装置，获多国发明专利及台湾科技最高奖。发表论文188篇（含SCI 81篇），书籍18本，担任各医学杂志主编、医学会理事或理事长、国际外科学会副主席、世界影视泌尿学及国际外科学会世界大会主席。
